We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy", which entitles all our esteemed customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product or within 15 days of purchase. All perishable items like bread, vegetables, fruits and other frozen goods must be checked and returned on the spot at the time of delivery/payment. We will take back the returned products and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills or the refund will be processed within the next 2 days and reflect in your bank account in 7 -10 days depending on your bank.
